Punching bags can last many years. Yet, even the best bags do not last forever. Punching bag straps can break, it can be worn out if you strike it plentifully. Rather than wasting a lot of capital buying a new bag, you can learn some smart strategies to repair the old ones. Even if anyone does not have any idea how to sew, no need to worry because the ways are very simple.

Steps of repair straps of a hanging punching bag:
Step one:
Separate the punching bag from its hanging cliff:
First, set up a tiny stride ladder. The clasps will be linked around at least one ring. To open it, grab back the latch on the ring. Then pull it to lower the bag to the floor. You can do it on your own or you can ask for help from a friend. Yet it is wiser to have somebody else help because the bag is heavy.
Step two:

A sewing awl is an essential tool to fix straps. You also can use a sewing machine. Yet, sewing awls is an easier way to do it by hand. On the top of the awl, unscrew the metal lid and bring out anything from inside. Then set a bobbin of a huge sewing cord and place the metal cover behind the lid of the awl.
Step Three:
Through a needle coat the twine around the awl:
Maybe your awl has an upright and twisted needle. In this step, you need to use the upright needle to rebuild damaged straps.
Step Four:
Through the metal rings wrap the strap:
Usually hanging heavy punching bags have four straps that attach to a metal hoop at the ceiling. Now you need to spiral the edge through the ring and fold it the rest of the strap. You have to be careful about pulling the strap tightly.
Step Five:
At the edge of the strap, use a pencil to outline a pair of sewing lines:
At the edge of the strap, you need to draw a line. The line will enable you to keep the stitches upright. So the modern strap not only stands in the way but looks incredible.
Step Six:
On the strap create a second hole:
To the second line create a hole. It will be closer enough to the hanging ring. Ahead of the hole, you need to move the needle. Then press down the awl punches.
Step Seven:
Pass the loose twine:
To stay knot against the strap, you need to pull the twine tightly. The twine should be long enough so you can keep enhancing additional stitches as you stride across the strap.
Step Eight:
Through the pencil, shift poking holes:
The last step is to poke a hole and keep back switching until you get the end of the strap.
If the strap is not fixable then buy a new size of nylon:
Normally choose a strap about forty in hundreds of centimeters long and fifty-one centimeters in wide. You can measure the previous strap if you are not sure about the size you should buy. When you buy a new one make sure it is long enough to crinkle in half. You can also get the straps at various stores and available online. You should buy a new length of nylon if the strap is entirely broken.
